A hobby in my family for generations, this was my first big woodworking project. Handcrafted out of rough cut walnut planks, this desk is sturdy yet elegant.
The inlayed glass pane provides a solid and durable worksurface, protecting the smooth finish below.
The keyboard tray allows for a full work surface above with continued use of the computer.
The docking station and power strip mounted underneath the desk allows this to be an organized workhorse with connections to the computer and the grid at your fingertips.
The standing desk offers ergonomics and options.
The large surface area offers plenty of space for my collapsible electronics lab or a textbook, notebooks, engineering paper, and more.
